* SUSPENSION / DISC INSULATORS

BGB offers a complete range of Suspension Insulators. Disc insulators is the life and. blood of transmission system. The entire range of high quality Disc Insulator to suit Topographical condition, operating voltage and insulation levels. Depending upon the area of application ; Standard, Semifog and Antifog varieties of Disc Insulators from 45 KN to 160KN Electro mechanical strength can be supplied. Complying to specifications IS-731, BS-137, IEC-3.83, ANSI C29.1/C29.2 and AS 2947.1, 2 and 3.

* PIN INSULATOR

We deal in full range of pin insulators, to be use as supports for conductors, and transmission and distribution towers upto 33 KV of system Voltage. They comply with the requirement of various national and international standards like IS, BS and IEC. These insulators are available with creepage distance to meet the requirement of various levels of pollution. Confirming to specifications IS:731, BS-137, IEC:383, ANSI C:29.5/C:29.6, AS: 2947.1, DIN 48004 & VDE 0446.

* POST INSULATOR

We provide a vast range of Post Insulators. These insulators are currently in use in electrical equipment and as Bus Supports in substations upto 245 KV. The insulators offer a wide range in creepage distance and other electrical and mechanical characteristics by varying the number of units in a stack. They are available as single units from 11KV to 33KV for use in stacks at voltage upto 245 KV. We also supply Multi core insulators, Solid core station post insulators, Solid core line post insulators, Long Rod insulators, Traction insulators and Apparatus Porcelain insulators. Cap Pin type Post Insulator are in accordance to IS -2544, BS-3297, IEC - 168, ANSI C29.8 and C29.9.
