Lightening Arrestor is a 'Voltage Relief Valve' which remain closed until voltage on the system rises to the level which causes valves to open. The valve then diverts the lightning harmlessly to the ground, thus keeping the equipment safe. Arrestors of conventional /distribution class, station class alugard, metal oxide gapless & zinc oxide gapless type ranging from voltage 1.1 KV to 198 KV for System Voltage upto 220KV

We manufacture Air Terminal Taper Rods / Elevation Rods. Rods are made of High Conductivity Copper supported by Copper Multiple Points and Air Terminal Base SESSA ALL made of Brass/Copper/Gun metal and aluminium. Varies from 300mm to 2000mm with thickness as per clients requirement.

Our Cast resin cable jointing kits are designed specially for easy jointing. LT Jointing kits are used for PVC / XLPE / PILC cable and have passed Electricity council test C 81. Straight through joints, Branch joints, Double Branch Joints, Pot End and Kits as per customer design and specifications can be provided.

We offer a whole range of straight joints and terminations from 1.1KV to 36 KV for PVC / XLPE / PILC cable. The joints and terminations are in accordance to IS 13573, VDE-0278 (German Standard) and Heat Shrinkable accessories conforming to ESI 09-13 and 09-11 Standards. We also offer Heat Shrink caps and Right angle boots of complete range

Our Tubings are available in a variety of material designed to operate at a range of temperature from -55°C to + 135°C. The tubings can be inin wall, standard wall, medium wall and thick wall and is supplied with or without adhesive coating. The tubings are flame retardant self extinguishing and has range of shrink ratio from 2:1 to 4:1 can be supplied in variety of colours. Heavy wall, Kynar and Silicon tubings are also available.

BGB manufactures Earthing Plates of Copper/CIGI/MSGI all sizes and thickness Cast Iron Chamber/Man hole Covers, strips and flats of Cu, Al and Gl are available. We also manufacture Earth Electrodes made of GI Pipe, complete with reducer and funnel of all varieties and class in accordance to specification as per IS and EIL.

We offer Operating and Discharging Pole made of fibre glass in three/four section or telescopic type with clamps of Aluminium/Brass / Copper. Both Discharging and Operating poles are Type tested and are available from 11KV to 220 KV system voltage.

We manufacture Mechanical Aluminium connectors suitable for all varieties of cable from 16 sq mm to 500 sq mm, these connectors are suitable for both and Aluminium & Copper cable. Connectors are made of EC Aluminium grade and are suitable for single and arallel branch joints.

BGB Manufacturers a vast range of cable glands from A type to Explosion proof glands. All brass glands are as per BS 2874 and BS 1474 for Aluminium glands. Glands are supplied in natural brass finish and also Electro Tinned and Nickel. A1/A2, BW, CW, EIW, TRS and AICO type glands are available. In accordance to BS 6121 Parti. SAMSE
* Siemens type, Weather proof, Flame proof glands are CMRI Dhanbad approved. Glands can be manufactured in Brass, Aluminium and S.S. Brass Viping glands and SIBG type are also available.

Our Earth rods are made of High tensile low carbon steel complying with requirement of BS 4360 grade 43A. Each rod is bonded by 99.99% pure, high conductivity copper. Dia of the rod ranges from 9.5 mm to 25mm, in length varies from 1200 to 3000mm. Earth rods are also made in solid copper and are either internally or externally threaded.

BGB manufactures a vast range of line tapes laid by different international standards. Pressure pads of line tapes are made out of extruded bars to avoid it from cracking. Brass line tapes are supplied in natural brass or with tinned finish. They can be supplied in H. C grade Copper or S.S. for 10mm2.to 500mm? Wire ropes or conductors.

Our Conductor fitting are manufactured in Brass, Gunmetal and Copper. All type of Tape Clips, DC Tape Clips, Square Tape Clamps, Plate type Test Clamps and Oblong Test Clamps are available for Tape size 20 x 3 to 50 x 6mm.

Our Rubber Mats are made of best quality of material rubber as per IS 5424. Mats are available in variety of sizes and thickness. Generally they are black or red coloured with chequred or corrugated type. Rubber Hand gloves are available of tested grade for working voltage from 11 to 33KV.
